Two FIRs permissible if incidents are different or are in distinct parts!
Criminal P.C.(1973), Ss154, 482 - Second FIR -Permissibilty -If two FIRs filed in respect of same incident and to same occurrence, second FIR needs to be quashed-But, if they relate to incidents which are in two or more parts of same transaction or relate completely to distinct occurrence, second FIR is permissble.
