Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 - Section 12 - Amount of Interim Maintenance depends on income of husband. Final view there about can be taken only after evidence is led by both the parties and the veracity of their respective stands is tested with their Cross Examination, in the light of material which both parties want to produce(Paras 9, 10).
