The respondent wife is permanently restrained from dispossessing the appellant husband from the matrimonial house (suit house) either by herself or through servants, agents etc. and declare that the husband has right to reside in the matrimonial house. Family Court Appeal No. 104/2001 is dismissed and the decree of divorce granted by the Family Court is confirmed.
