RCR by wife after 498a IPC!
Sec 9 Petition for by wife – Conduct of wife, fact that she had filed number of cases against husband including proceedings for partition and separate possession of property and also proceedings for offences under sec 406, 498A of IPC clearly showing that wife did not have any trust in her husband and she was not desirous of cohabiting with him – Grant of decree for restitution of conjugal rights in favour of wife by appellate court merely on basis of inadvertent stray admission by husband showing his willingness to cohabit with wife, not proper.
