RCR by wife after 498a IPC!
SEC 9, 13(1B) – Restitution of conjugal rights – Petition by husband – Wife and her father making unequivocal statement that wife was not willing to live with husband – withdrawal of petition under sec 9 by husband and filing of divorce petition under sec 13 on ground of desertion – Not improper since order or decree or restitution of conjugal rights would not have served any purpose for either party.
