After having looked through the materials on record and after considering the views of the parties and the minor girl, we are of the view that the appellant should not be denied complete access to his minor child, even if there has been a default in complying with the directions of the High Court and that pending the disposal of the appeals he should be allowed to have access to his minor child, at least to some extent.
