A married woman didn't shout or protest at time of rape does not mean she is speaking lies. Trial court had rightly believed her and convicted the accused. The acquittal order passed by the Himachal Pradesh High Court of the two accused in 2014, for the rape of a married woman is set aside. Accused to be taken in custody and serve the remaining sentence.
