Evidence Act, 1872 - S. 65B - Non-production of the certificate under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act on an earlier occasion is a curable defect, which stands cured at the time of marking of the documents as the defendant never ever objected to the exhibiting / marking of the same during the course of trial.
